We use your data to provide the service (transcription, rendering, storage), monitor usage limits, manage billing, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Captionspal (storage, authentication, payments, analytics). These providers are contractually required to safeguard your data.
We use industry-standard security controls and least-privilege access. Media and generated outputs are stored in secure buckets. We retain data while your account is active or as required for compliance; you may request deletion of your account and associated data.
