Captionspal provides tools to transcribe, caption, and render your videos. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to use it. Do not use the service for unlawful or infringing activity.
You must keep your account secure and ensure billing details are current. Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown in your account. Usage limits (minutes and exports) are tied to your subscription tier.
Refunds are available only when your usage for the current billing period is below 50% of your total allotment (for example, less than half of your monthly minutes). If you exceed 50% usage, refunds are not provided for that period. Contact support@captionspal.com to request a review.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve the product over time, and some features may change or be deprecated with notice where reasonable.
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captionspal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
